At pookie & sebastian, we’re dedicated to making your shopping experience seamless, stylish, and stress-free. Below you'll find all the details you need about how and when your order will be fulfilled and shipped.

Order Fulfillment

We know you're excited to receive your pieces, and we’re just as excited to get them to you. Once your order is placed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to prepare, process, and ship your items. Each order is handled with care to ensure you receive exactly what you expect, in perfect condition.

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you right away and issue a full refund for the affected item. We believe in transparency and will always keep you informed at every step.

In the rare event of a delay, our team will reach out to update you with options. You'll be given the choice to either wait for restock or cancel the delayed item for a full refund. Your time and satisfaction are our priority.

Shipping Details

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS, selected for their reliability and efficiency. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

- A tracking number

- The estimated delivery date

This allows you to follow your order every step of the way, so there are no surprises, only excitement when it arrives at your door.

For every order, you’ll receive two key email updates:

- Order Confirmation – letting you know your purchase was received and is being processed.

- Shipping Confirmation – including your tracking information and estimated arrival window.
