You'll receive two emails: one confirming your order was received, and a second with your UPS tracking number once it ships.

Email us at business@pookieandsebastian.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships; once it has shipped, we can't change it.

Yes. International orders are processed by our partner Global-e, which shows your local prices, duties, taxes and delivery options at checkout.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders ship via UPS and arrive within 4–12 business days, and we'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. We can't ship to PO boxes.

All online purchases are final sale — we don't offer returns or refunds. The one exception is sizing: if an item doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Some categories can't be exchanged for hygiene and other reasons, including undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, sale items, and special-occasion pieces. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Email us at business@pookieandsebastian.com within 1 day of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size you'd like instead. Our team will confirm availability and walk you through the next steps. We recommend a trackable shipping service when sending your item back, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned packages.
